Travel Registered Nurse – Utilization Review (Remote) Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Facility: Lee Health – Corporate Center
Department: Utilization Management
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Start Date: October 26, 2026
End Date: January 23, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Type: Travel Contract – Remote
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Every 5th weekend rotation
No on-call requirement
40 guaranteed hours per week
Overtime after 40 hours/week, based on applicable differential

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience
CCM or CMCN certification required
Experience working with providers , not only insurance payers
Epic EMR experience required
Dragonfly UM tool experience required
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Previous remote-work experience preferred
Strong computer and technology skills
Degree accreditation verification required or 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to float to other sister campuses as needed
Must be willing to function as part of the core team and adapt to facility workflows
