Schedule: 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, and unit support; Night shift includes 1 charge nurse and 8 RNs
This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team of 43 clinical professionals in a specialized cardiac and vascular PCU environment. You'll care for complex post-surgical and interventional cardiology patients in a supportive setting with manageable 1:3 ratios and no phlebotomy responsibilities. If you're a caring team player with strong cardiac experience and excellent communication skills, this is an outstanding opportunity to advance your critical care expertise.
