Location: Atlanta, GA | Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday through Thursday in-office) Overview A home décor company is seeking a Textile Designer with rug expertise to join its product development team. This role focuses on the design and creation of hand woven and machine-made rugs, blending trend research, color direction, and product development to shape the rug category. It's an opportunity to play a key role in bringing new rug designs to market from concept through production. What you'll do Meet with sales teams and customers to review ongoing projects and new development opportunities Prepare design presentations and other materials as needed for meetings Stay current on home décor and rug industry color, design, and sales trends Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers to support design and product development for new products and categories Work proactively against the development calendar to maintain timelines and drive products through the approval process Required qualifications Experience as a Textile Designer with a focus on rugs Hands-on experience designing hand woven and/or machine-made rugs Ability to work a hybrid schedule with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday Compensation and benefits Relocation assistance offered for candidates outside the Atlanta area willing to relocate Why this role This position offers the chance to shape trend, color, and product development for an entire rug category, with a hybrid work schedule and relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
